Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 14 October 2026
1. Who we are
The Wellestar website is operated by ECONMERCE SDR, S.L., CIF B39793096, of Peña Sagra 2F, 39011 Santander, Cantabria, Spain.
Contact: info@wellestar.com | +34 637 742 778.
The legal entity providing the accommodation and entering into the booking contract will be identified in the individual offer.
2. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to accommodation enquiries and reservations arranged through Wellestar, including stays at Casa Azul, subject to the specific conditions provided for each property or booking.
If additional activities or services are offered, their specific terms, prices and inclusions will be communicated separately.
3. Enquiries, booking requests and confirmation
Submitting an enquiry or requesting availability does not, by itself, constitute a confirmed reservation or guarantee availability.
Booking requests submitted through the website are requests only. Wellestar will review availability and then confirm or decline the request in writing. For other enquiries, Wellestar will provide a written response or offer specifying, as applicable:
- The accommodation and dates.
- The number of guests and any relevant occupancy limits.
- The total price, including applicable taxes and mandatory charges.
- The amount to be charged and when.
- The applicable cancellation and date-change conditions.
- Any property-specific rules or additional conditions.
A reservation becomes binding only when Wellestar has confirmed it to the customer in writing. For a booking requested through the website, the request is made at the price and on the conditions shown, and it is accepted when Wellestar confirms it. For a stay arranged by written offer, the customer must also have accepted the offer.
4. Prices and payment
All prices and mandatory charges will be communicated before the customer commits to the reservation.
Card hold. When you submit a booking request with a payment card, we place a hold (authorisation) on your card for the full price of the stay. The hold reserves the funds but does not charge your card. Your card is charged only when Wellestar confirms your booking in writing. By submitting the request, you authorise us to charge the held amount when we confirm it.
If we decline your request, cannot offer the dates, or have not confirmed the booking within 7 days, the hold is released automatically and you are not charged. The hold can last up to 7 days. Most often we confirm within 48 hours or less; the extra time allows for communication with you if the exact arrival or departure dates need to be adjusted, in which case the amount to be charged will be agreed with you in writing first. Your bank may show the hold as a pending transaction until it is released, which can take a few days depending on your bank. You may withdraw an unconfirmed request at any time by writing to info@wellestar.com, and the hold will be released.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Other payment methods, such as bank transfer, may be offered for specific bookings; payment instructions will then be supplied with the offer or invoice.
Before sending a booking request, the customer must accept these Terms & Conditions and the Cancellation Policy by ticking the box provided.
If a payment cannot be collected by the date stated in the confirmation or offer, the booking provider may give the customer notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue before cancelling the reservation, subject to applicable law and the agreed terms.
5. Changes to a reservation
Requests to change arrival or departure dates must be made in writing to info@wellestar.com.
Date changes are subject to availability and written approval. Any difference in price, additional costs or revised conditions will be communicated before the change is accepted.
A date change is not confirmed until the booking provider has agreed to it in writing.
6. Cancellation by the customer
Customers may cancel a reservation by sending written notice to info@wellestar.com.
The refund applicable to the cancellation will be determined by the Cancellation Policy that applies to the booking, which the customer accepts when submitting the booking request or accepting the offer. The standard schedule is set out in the separate Cancellation Policy.
Where a booking has individually agreed terms, those terms will apply to the extent permitted by law.
7. Cancellation or changes by the provider
If the booking provider cannot supply the confirmed accommodation, it will contact the customer as soon as reasonably possible and explain the available options.
Any refund, alternative accommodation or other remedy will be handled in accordance with the booking agreement and applicable law. No clause in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Guest responsibilities
Guests must:
- Provide accurate information when enquiring and booking.
- Respect the confirmed occupancy limits and property rules.
- Use the property responsibly and respect neighbours and the surrounding environment.
- Report significant damage or problems promptly.
- Follow the agreed check-in, check-out and safety instructions.
Specific rules, including any restrictions on events, visitors, pets, smoking or noise, must be supplied for the relevant property before the booking is confirmed.
9. Complaints and contact
Questions, complaints or requests concerning a reservation should be sent to info@wellestar.com.
Guests retain all rights available under applicable consumer-protection law, including access to the relevant official consumer complaint procedures.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
Where a customer is a consumer, any dispute will be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under the applicable law. Nothing in these terms requires a consumer to waive a mandatory right to bring proceedings in their place of residence where such a right applies.
11. Amendments
The version applicable to a reservation will be the version provided to the customer and accepted when the booking is requested or the offer accepted. Updates published later will not retroactively remove rights or alter an existing booking without a valid legal basis.
